Questions before you book
What should I include when texting about Testimonials?
Start with your property address, the areas you want cleaned and a few clear photos. Mention surface materials, existing damage and access restrictions so the request can be assessed.
How do I choose the right exterior cleaning service?
Describe the surface and the problem rather than selecting a method yourself. Photos help distinguish organic buildup from stains, deterioration or damage that may require a different solution.
Can I request a written cleaning scope?
Yes. Ask which surfaces, treatments and preparation steps are included before approving an estimate. A clear scope helps you compare options and understand the expected result.
What if my property needs several areas cleaned?
Include all the areas in one message and label your photos. The work can be reviewed together, with any access, material or scheduling differences explained in the estimate.
How do I start a text-message estimate?
Text CoKo’s at (504) 296-9696 with your address, the areas you want cleaned and wide and close-up photos. Include useful access details so we can review your request.
Can I request a quote online instead?
Yes. Use the quote page to start your request online. You can also text photos and any details that are easier to show than describe.
Is an initial price the same as a confirmed cleaning scope?
Ask what the estimate includes and whether the property needs an in-person assessment. Surface condition, access and the actual work required can affect the final scope and price.
Do I need to know whether I need soft washing or pressure washing?
No. Share the material and photos of the buildup. The cleaning approach should be chosen for the surface and its condition rather than using one method for every area.
What property details can affect an estimate?
The area to clean, material, buildup, height, access, water availability and special stain treatment can affect the scope. Include these details when you request an estimate.
Should I report existing damage before cleaning?
Yes. Mention loose paint, damaged seals, cracked surfaces, leaks and previous repairs. Clear photos help identify limitations before work is scheduled.
How do I confirm whether my address is in the service area?
Text the property address or check the service-area directory. Confirm availability for your specific location before making scheduling arrangements.
When will my cleaning appointment be confirmed?
An appointment is confirmed after the work, access requirements and available date are agreed. Sending an estimate request does not automatically book a visit.
