Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided through this site, by phone, or by text are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing may change if actual on-site conditions — such as surface area, buildup, access, or damage discovered during the work — differ from what was described. We will discuss any change in scope or price with you before proceeding whenever practical.
Scheduling
Service dates may be affected by weather, site access, or other conditions outside our control. If a scheduled visit needs to be rescheduled, we will contact you to arrange a new time.
Payment
Payment terms are as agreed with you at the time your quote is accepted. Please contact us directly with any billing questions.
Service Limitations
While we take care to protect your property, exterior cleaning involves water, pressure, heat, and cleaning solutions applied to surfaces that may already be aged, damaged, or improperly sealed. We will flag visible risks we identify before starting work, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, failing paint or coatings, or deterioration that was already present before service.

Yes. Ask which surfaces, treatments and preparation steps are included before approving an estimate. A clear scope helps you compare options and understand the expected result.
What if my property needs several areas cleaned?
Include all the areas in one message and label your photos. The work can be reviewed together, with any access, material or scheduling differences explained in the estimate.

Can I request a quote online instead?
Yes. Use the quote page to start your request online. You can also text photos and any details that are easier to show than describe.
Is an initial price the same as a confirmed cleaning scope?
Ask what the estimate includes and whether the property needs an in-person assessment. Surface condition, access and the actual work required can affect the final scope and price.
Do I need to know whether I need soft washing or pressure washing?
No. Share the material and photos of the buildup. The cleaning approach should be chosen for the surface and its condition rather than using one method for every area.
What property details can affect an estimate?
The area to clean, material, buildup, height, access, water availability and special stain treatment can affect the scope. Include these details when you request an estimate.
Should I report existing damage before cleaning?

How do I confirm whether my address is in the service area?
Text the property address or check the service-area directory. Confirm availability for your specific location before making scheduling arrangements.
When will my cleaning appointment be confirmed?
An appointment is confirmed after the work, access requirements and available date are agreed. Sending an estimate request does not automatically book a visit.
